Buyer's Premium Text

16% BUYERS PREMIUM will be added to the price of all purchases. If buyer pays with cash or cashier’s check then we waive 2% of the buyers premium, which makes it 14%.

I.E: If you purchase an item for $100, the actual item cost will be $116 if paid by credit card. If paid by cash or cashier’s check the total will be $114 with the 2% discount.
 

Types of Payment

Cash, Credit Card (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express)
(PLEASE NOTE: There is a 2% discount off the buyer’s premium only if the invoice is paid with Cash or Cashier’s Check.  This discount does not apply to payments made by Credit Cards.)

Credit cards will be charged at the end of the auction unless otherwise specified. You must have available balance on your credit card for your online purchases. At the conclusion of the auction you will be sent an email with a total of the items you won.

Inspection Times

Items are available for viewing the week before the auction (central time):

Monday - Friday 8:00am- 5:30pm

Saturday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Sunday           Closed

All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.  

Payment Dates

Payment and pick up is due within 7 calendar days of the auction (Central time):

Any items not picked up within 7 days will be relisted and subject to a 30% liquidated damages fee.

Removal Times / Failure to Remove
 

All items purchased on the regular online auctions are to be paid for and picked up within 7 days from the auction date. All the regularly scheduled online auction items are located here at our warehouse at: 1503 N Main St, Crown Point IN 46307.  Any items not paid for AND picked up will be relisted regardless of payment made.  Any items relisted are subject to a 30% liquidated damages fee!  

If for any reason the buyer fails to remove any purchases within the time specified, the Auction Co. shall have the right but not the obligation, in its sole discretion, to resell, discard or remove and store said purchase at the buyers sole risk and expense (storage costs will be charged - per day - per item - other costs additional), without waiving any rights that Auction Co. or seller may have against buyer. Storage charges will be the responsibility of the buyer (after removal period.) If the purchases have not been removed within the 7 day time period, these items will be considered abandoned and the Auction Co. reserves the right to relist/resell any and all those items considered to be abandoned or forfeited when invoice is paid in full but not removed completely from auction location within 7 days of auction.

Storage Fees / Restocking Fees

All items have to be picked up within 7 calendar days. Due to limited space, there is no storage available.  Any items not picked up after 7 days will be returned to inventory and a restocking fee of 30% will apply!  

Auction Co. RESERVES THE RIGHT to charge any credit card registered with your account up to 30% as a non-refundable restocking fee (minimum $25.00 charge) based on total purchase price during the auction or immediately following the auction. The non-refundable restocking fee (minimum $25.00 charge) will be applied when invoices are not paid in full within 7 days of auction date. Note that the purchase price is the sum of the bid price, buyer’s premium, buyer's fee, and sales tax if applicable. At which time, all items are considered to be abandoned &/or forfeited to the Auction Co. Auction Co. reserves the right to relist/resell any and all items considered to be abandoned or forfeited when invoice is not paid in full and removed completely from auction location within 7 days of auction. We do not accept partial payments. Invoices must be paid in full. All payments must be in U.S. Funds.

Condition of Online Auction Lots

All high bids are considered legal binding contracts and all sales are final. All items are sold "as is where is", with NO guarantee, warranty, or possible refund written, expressed, or implied. The working/running condition of an item may not be known and may not always be listed in the items description. Sometimes we do know and list the condition of the items, but many times we do not.  We will do our best to describe items accurately and as we see them!  Please note that all sales are final regardless of the purchase items condition, unless the discretion of an Ridma, LLC manager deems differently. 

All items sell AS IS - WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS and with no warranty of any type expressed or implied as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. All sales are made on an AS IS - WHERE IS WITH ALL FAULTS basis. All buyers are urged to physically inspect the item prior to bidding during the inspection period. No bids can be withdrawn once submitted before, during or after the auction for any reason. BUYER agrees that these terms as well as all other terms set forth below, can be amended or revised only in writing, signed by the auctioneer. Dynamic Bidding

Posted closing times and displays of Auction Co.'s current time are approximate. Auction Co. reserves the right to close early or extend auctions at any time at its discretion. It is strongly recommended that bids be placed early to avoid losing out due to an ill-timed, last minute bid. All times based on Central Standard Time. Dynamic bidding - The dynamic bid on this website is a feature that does NOT allow an item to sell at the end of the auction until there is 5 minutes of bidding inactivity. Example - An item is bid on at 7:55pm. An auction is scheduled to close at 8:00pm. When this bid is placed the ending time will automatically extend to 8:05pm. When another bid is placed at 8:01 the auction will extend until 8:10pm. This will give bidder 9 minutes to place another bid. If no bids are placed this auction will conclude at 8:10pm. The key to your dynamic bidding feature is that the auction extends from the preset closing time in 5 minute intervals, NOT 5 minutes from when you placed your bid.

Sales Tax

All sales are subject to a 7% Indiana Sales Tax.  If you have a tax exempt certificate, please provide documentation to our office.

Forklift & Loading Dock
Due to liability, we will not load any items into a customer’s vehicle. We will however get the items to your vehicle.  We do not have a loading dock available.  

Clean Up and Garbage Left After 

Please Do NOT leave your empty boxes or any packing. It is Your responsibility to take them with you and dispose of them. There will be a $20.00 fee Assessed to your account for any garbage left behind
